This hotel is well appointed and you can feel the friendliness the minute you walk in the door and are warmly greeted by the receptionist.

A nice fire is burning in the fireplace and is plenty of seating area to sit and relax.

There was a piano there but nobody was playing it.

The room is well appointed and has everything a guest would need.

The swimming pool looks nice but it was crowded with young people.

There is a very large Courtyard in the back with comfortable seating outside.

Great location, just off of I29, easy access on and off.

Room was comfy, bed and pillows were good. The pool was interesting, 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor.

Hot tub was set at a nice hot temperature.

We got in too late to take advantage of the area, but there appeared to be lots of stuff to do there.

Great decor, friendly staff, and the breakfast featured not a waffle machine, but an automated pancake maker.

I wish I would have had my phone to take a quick video.

We recently held our Mom’s funeral in Sioux City.

We were able to easily get a block of rooms for family at a very reasonable rate.

The hotel is very convenient and large enough to accommodate our large family. So many areas to sit and visit.

We rented a private room one evening and ordered sandwiches and wraps.

They were fresh and delicious and made on site. So many options to choose from as well.

The staff made it very easy for me to make all of the arrangements from a distance at a very stressful time in our lives.

We are so thankful for their professionalism and kindness.

Across from the Hard Rock Casino and hotel.

Tons of parking and space enough for a semi in the overflow parking across the street from the Hard rock.

Makes a good close walk for many different restaurants. Fancy hotel with a nice pub.

If u don’t like the small intimate feel of the pub you can head over to the Casino and there is many other choices of restaurants

Nice big showers with a seat for those who need it. Country cabin feel. Nice dark shades. Good sized room with an extra large chair and ottoman. The works here

The location was close to the highway but not where you get the noise and close to downtown.

Lots of parking spaces accessible to the front door cuz let’s face it nobody likes parking in the back of the building where it’s dark and creepy.

The first room that we stayed in kind of smelt like a campfire the whole place is cabin themed.

We liked it so much we were passing back through town to go back home we stayed another night.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.
