So happy I found this hotel and read the reviews! The manager upon arriving, is super friendly and nice. The staff was friendly as well. It’s cute, clean. Breakfast is served every morning at 7 am. B&G, sausage gravy, sausage, cubed potatoes and eggs. Another day was French toast and all the same as stated. And of course there is cereal, bagels, English muffins, yogurt ect…The only issue I had there was trying to get in the side doors of the building. Key cards wouldn’t work. Sounds like a work in progress though. Overall, if your ever in the East Peoria area …this is a nice stay:) even the people in the surrounding areas are just really super nice! Really nice town to visit!

Great place to stay! Very clean and friendly staff. Sue was especially helpful and had the morning breakfast area very clean and organized.

From start to end, this was the best hotel we had stayed at in 40 days on the road traveling from one end of the USA to the other.

Your management and staff should all be very pleased that they are so incredibly awesome.

CHECK-IN: Friendly and fast check-in (Francis). I liked the decor…it was like Northern hunting lodge meets Eastern fishing village. They had a bar on site too.

ROOM: We were on the 2nd floor (of 3).
The room was so cute!
A great big size clean, well-laid out.

IN-ROOM EXTRAS: Clock/microwave/in-room keurig coffee/mini fridge. A little nightlight in the bathroom is such a thoughtful (and rare) feature. Wifi was strong. Comfy chair in the corner.

TUB: The tub was incredible. It was super deep, it filled astonishingly fast and I loved the luxurious soaps/body washes. I literally could have spent all night in the bathtub, it was so comfortable.

BED: 4 pillows per bed; a nice quiet dark and comfy sleep.

BREAKFAST: BEST we have ever had in a hotel! Scrambled eggs/hard boiled eggs/sausages/breakfast potatoes/french toast/pancakes/fruit/cereal/oatmeal/several yogurts/bread/bagels…Breakfast attendant kept the area super clean and all the foods topped up and encouraged us to try everything.

PRICE: on a Tuesday in Oct 2022 (including taxes) for 2 adults, 2 beds: about $115. A fantastic price for a fantastic experience. We WILL come back again!

We had an amazing experience here. Ill start at breakfast the next morning. We came in to a full house of traveling baseball teams and parents.

We were not expecting much and luckily had a table open up. As loud and chaotic as it was, the table was fully stocked with hot fresh breakfast items and the fridge was stocked with coldies.

The food was not only hot, it was thee best hotel breakfast Ive had in 30 yrs. I know how hard it is to keep tray eggs tasty but they were Gordon Ramsey class perfect.

The sausage was crips and lean, the bacon soft crunchy AND chewy. Perfect. The french toast was even better. I was going to let a woman who was working diligently cleaning and restocking the juice machine( because the kids dumped juice in and around the whole table) know that the regular coffee was out.

She told me the kids drain the machine before they leave but luckily for me they didnt touch the dark roast. Which was also perfect. “They do it every weekend” she said graciously as she continued cleaning and stocking.

When we finished I asked another girl wiping tables who cooked this delicious food. She told me it was Michelle…. The woman working feverishly at the coffee station!

With a stellar work ethic and amazing cooking skill, Michelles effort and care for all she does was thee highlight of our stay. I had management email corporate to recognize a rising star (who I found out had only been there for 3 weeks!) Im recommending her for a promotion and or raise.

I’m sure She will be highly sought after by the casino food industry. That kind of dedicatiin and talent tells me this woman will end up writing her own ticket. Michelle, my wife and I saw all you do.

I came to this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. My family needed a place to stay. As soon as I walked in. I was greeted with a smile.

A young named Brandon helped me. He was dressed very professional. Very helpful. Anytime we needed something. He would jump to it. Made me and my grandchildren Very welcome.

I believe the man at the bar was Francis. The food was great. Didn’t take him long at all to get it cooked. Always asking if we needed anything else.

In the mornings I needed my coffee im not sure of the one girls name but Sue.F. had coffee ready and the food was hot and fresh asked if we needed anything else. Very friendly.

With the employees I did talk with made us feel very welcomed. Its hard to come] across bussiness with good customer services. Here they did a fabulous job. I would recommend this place to anyone. I sure hope these five employees are recognized by this company. We came in with nothing but heartache and sadness. From the time we came till the time we left we had a fabulous time with some great laughs. That is something my family needed.
