Looking for a way to travel smarter? Join our Smart Travel Rewards program and start earning membership benefits today! Becoming a Smart Travel Rewards Program member rewards you for simply booking and enjoying your stay at our many different locations across the Midwest. When you book directly, you will earn points redeemable towards future stays, complimentary upgrades, special promotions, and products and services from many merchants and retailers.

Rewards Levels & Benefits

The Smart Travel Rewards program has four different membership levels, each with additional benefits (Traveler, Preferred, Elite, and Premier). These membership tiers are based on meeting one of three requirements for each level (number of stays, number of nights, or base points earned) within a calendar year.

Bonus points collected are not included in the calculation of membership level status. Status level downgrades will be calculated on a calendar year basis and will be limited to one level change per year. Member accounts with no point-earning activity for a period of 24 months will be deleted, and all points will be removed from the account.

The Fine Print

Enrollment in our Smart Travel Rewards program is free. All you have to do is stay! Once you enroll, you start earning membership benefits on the date you become a member. Any stays made prior to your enrollment into the program are not eligible. Once Preferred status is reached, you will receive 10 points for every US dollar paid toward eligible room charges on your individual hotel room bill when you pay qualifying room rates. Room rates collected through third-party sites (versus collected by the hotel directly) or booked through a third-party On-Line Travel Agent do not qualify.

In order to receive points, you must check-in and pay in full. You may collect points on all eligible charges for multiple hotel rooms up to a maximum of three (3) rooms per stay, provided they are used in conjunction with your stay at the same hotel, and your Smart Travel Rewards program email address is attached to each reservation. Points may be redeemed for future reservations at the time of booking by logging into your Smart Travel Rewards account on www.stoneycreekhotels.com or by calling 1-800-659-2220. Points cannot be redeemed at the property level. The redemption ratio on the member profile is 100 points equals one US dollar ($1.00). The minimum number of points required for redemption is 2,500 points which equals $25.00. The maximum number of points allowed for redemption is limited to 100,000 points per stay, which equals $1,000.00. You may also use your points to purchase gift cards for products and services at popular restaurants and retail merchants. Visit the Smart Travel Rewards catalog for details and pricing.

Upgrades are based on availability at the time of check-in. Late check-out is up to 1:00 pm on the day of departure, complimentary beverage benefit is one drink per night of the stay, and guaranteed availability is limited to one room for the member’s personal use and will be at the hotel’s current rack rate.
