The Fine Print
Enrollment in our Smart Travel Rewards program is free. All you have to do is stay! Once you enroll, start earning points the date you become a member. Any stays made prior to your enrollment into the program are not eligible. For all qualified stays, you will receive 10 points for every US dollar paid toward eligible room charges on your individual hotel room bill when you pay qualifying room rates. Room rates collected through third party sites (versus collected by the hotel directly) do not qualify. Please note, there is a three day delay from check-out date before points are processed and awarded to your account.
In order to receive points, you must check-in and pay in full. You may collect points on all eligible charges for multiple hotel rooms up to a maximum three (3) rooms per stay, provided they are used in conjunction with your stay at the same hotel, and your Smart Travel Rewards program member number is recorded on each reservation. Points may be redeemed for any charges on a guest account; With the exception of gift cards purchases, smoking/damage fees, conference center charges, or meeting room charges. The redemption ratio on the member profile is 100 points equals one US dollar ($1.00). The minimum number of points required for redemption is 2,500 points which equals $25.00. The maximum number of points allowed for redemption is limited to 100,000 points per stay, which equals $1,000.00. Upgrades are based on availability at the time of check-in, late check-out is up to 1pm on day of departure, complimentary beverage benefit is one per each night of the stay, no walk guarantee is a payment made to the member should a walk situation occur, guaranteed availability is limited to one room for the members personal use and will be at the hotel’s current rack rate.
All unused points will expire a minimum of 24 months from the issued date. All points expire on December 31st two calendar years from the calendar year they were issued (i.e. points issued January 2016 expire December 31st 2018, points issued November 2016 expire December 31st 2018).
